Barbarians have been featured in every Diablo game since the Hellfire Expansion of the original Diablo. With multiple ways to build them, there are various options to choose from to maximize damage output. One of the best Barbarian builds gaining traction in Diablo 4 is the Rend Barbarian build.
This build is based on the Rend skill, which does constant bleed damage to enemies. It can be learned at a very early stage in the game, at level 4, and can be upgraded with enhancements such as Enhanced Rend, Furious Rend, and Battle Lung Strike, once they become available.
To make this build effective, players must learn Rallying Cry to boost their Fury when needed. When it comes to pure melee battle prowess, the Barbarian is the best class to use in the game so far.
